We would accept return/exchange within 7 days after order is shipped for the reason of product quality problem. Please contact us (Via phone call, email or WhatsApp), or visit our shop (Love & Care Centre) for handling return procedure.
· The return/exchange product(s) MUST be intact and unused.
The following cases will not accept the service of returns and refund or exchange:
· The product(s) is damaged due to misuse or storage incorrectly.
· The product(s) shipped oversea would not be included in the service of return and refund or exchange.
· Due to hygiene concern, we would not accept the return of essential oil.
· If the customer(s) is not suitable for the use of some essential oil, or is allergic to portion of essential oil and causes allergy.We would not be responsible for the above situation. In order to prevent the above situation, please contact our staff before ordering.
In case of any dispute, Love & Care Centre reserves the right of final decision.
